Reactor series

Flat-wave reactors, also known as DC flat-wave reactors, are used on the DC
side of converters, and the artesian current with an AC component flows thro
ugh the reactor. Its function is to limit the AC component superimposed on t
he artesian current to a specified value. It is also used for the DC side decoup
ling of shunt inverters, reducing the discontinuity limit, limiting the circulation
in the circulation control circuit, and limiting the current rise rate when the se
lf-flowing fast switch cuts off the fault current.

The DC flat wave reactor produced by our factory is made of high- quality imported cold-rolled steel sheets, mainly composed of iron core and wire set twice, the iron core is generally a two-core colum n structure, the yoke is a square yoke, and after assembly, it relies  on the tension screw to compress up and down to reduce noise, this  product is dry self-cooling, and there are two insulation grades of B  grade and F grade. It has the characteristics of small size, low tempe rature rise and low noise, and the current specifications range from  2A-10kA.
